As the year comes to a close, it is a great time to evaluate the hiring process. Your goal could to build out your team or hire new talent in 2024. Planning for hiring can look like making a list of the critical roles to fill. Take this list and decide which are most urgent and set a plan for what actions will need to be
taken to hire for those roles. If you would like to set goals that work towards career development, be specific about what you would like to accomplish; a promotion, develop a new skill, earn a certification, lead a team, find a new career opportunity etc. Then decide what it will take to make those goals come to life.
